Responsibilities Assist customers with their pool-care needs by providing knowledgeable, friendly, and solution-focused service. Drive sales by identifying customer needs, recommending appropriate products, and upselling complementary items when appropriate Maintain a clean, organized, and well-merchandised sales floor to support a welcoming retail environment Support inventory management by receiving shipments, stocking merchandise, and monitoring product levels Open and close the store as a key holder, ensuring proper cash handling, secure procedures, and adherence to company policies Requirements Reliability and punctuality Strong personal selling skills, adept at product presentation and recommendation Demonstrated positivity and high energy in sales and customer service. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team. Self-motivated and diligent. Prior experience in retail, sales, or customer service preferred. Ability to work in a physically demanding environment with frequent standing, walking, and lifting. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
