Casual Float Phlebotomist - PAMLPAML a Labcorp company is seeking a Float Phlebotomist to join our team in Olympia, WAWork Schedule: Flexible ScheduleJob Responsibilities:Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groupsCollect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely mannerProcess billing information and collect payments when requiredPrepare all collected specimens for testing and analysisMaintain patient and specimen information logsProvide superior customer service to all patientsAdministrative and clerical duties as necessaryTravel to additional sites when needed, Reliable transportation requiredMinimum Qualifications:Valid Washington State issued Phlebotomy LicensePreferred Qualifications:1 or more years of phlebotomy experience1 or more years of current or prior phlebotomy experience at LabCorpAdditional Job Standards:In lieu of state license requirement listed above, an application for a phlebotomy license filed with the WA Department of Health at time of hire may meet license requirement.• Able to pass a standardized color blindness test• Must be 21 years of age and have a clean driving recordReliable transportation and clean driving recordValid Driver's License• Flexibility to work overtime as needed• Exceptional customer service• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal• Ability to work independently or in a team environment• Comfortable working under minimal supervisionAt PAML a Labcorp company we have a passion for helping people live happy and healthy lives. In this role you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections and be the face of the company. In addition, you will be provided opportunities for continuous growth within the organization.QUARTERLY INCENTIVE BONUS PROGRAM PST's may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metricsPay Range: $22.30 - $30.41 per hourFloat Incentive: Additional $2.00/hr plus mileage reimbursementBenefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan.
