The Shop Employee will be responsible for assisting in day-to-day production tasks, operating equipment such as forklifts as needed, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, and adhering to quality standards. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with team members, maintaining inventory, and occasionally supporting customers as required. Training will be provided to ensure tasks are carried out effectively.QualificationsExcellent Customer Service and interpersonal communication skillsExperience in Forklift Operation and maintaining safety standardsBasic understanding of Sales and ability to assist customers when necessaryWillingness to participate in ongoing Training to enhance skills and knowledgeStrong work ethic and ability to work in a team-oriented environmentAbility to follow instructions and maintain attention to detailHourly rate can range from 22-26$ based on existing metal fabrication experience
