Manage a patient ratio of 1:4. Demonstrate proficiency in the interpretation and management of dysrhythmias. Administer IV vasopressors and care for ventilated patients. Perform central line care and ensure adherence to isolation precautions. Conduct triage and prioritize patient care based on clinical urgency. Be willing to float to meet facility needs as necessary. Participate in interdisciplinary support alongside respiratory services and rapid response teams. Engage in ongoing education and training as required by facility standards. Work collaboratively with a diverse patient demographic including adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. Comply with facility protocols and uphold patient safety standards.
