Boba Barista/Cashier

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for boba, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Pay - $16/hour plus tip ($19-21/hour) Responsibilities - Prepare and serve a variety of boba drinks following company recipes - Operate pos and other equipment - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the area - Take customer orders, handle transactions accurately, and provide excellent service - Assist in stocking and replenishing inventory as needed - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Qualifications - Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems - Excellent time management abilities to handle peak hours efficiently - Exceptional customer service skills to engage with patrons - Knowledge of food handling protocols for safety and hygiene - Basic math skills for measurements and calculations - Willingness to assist team members as needed - Experience in food preparation techniques is a plus - Familiarity with food service operations Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Paid training Shift: 4 hour shift 8 hour shift Day shift Evening shift Night shift Experience: Guest services: 1 year (Preferred) Barista experience: 1 year (Preferred) Shift availability: Day Shift (Required) Night Shift (Required) Ability to Commute: La Canada Flintridge, CA 91011 (Required) Ability to Relocate: La Canada Flintridge, CA 91011: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
