This role serves as a liaison and advocate for residents' social interests and is responsible for planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the overall operations of the Social Services Department.Position Overview The Social Services Director ensures that residents' medically related social and emotional needs are identified and addressed through comprehensive assessments, individualized care planning, and ongoing support.
