Sweater Technical Designer / Knitwear Technical Designer

Responsibilities Create and manage sweater spec sheets and tech packs Develop grading rules across all sizes Review and approve fit samples Analyze fit issues and provide correction comments Work closely with overseas factories on fit and construction Ensure consistency of measurements and fit across styles Review yarn/stretch/shrinkage impacts on grading Attend fittings and communicate revisions clearly Approve PP/TOP samples before production Requirements 3+ years experience in sweater or knitwear technical design Strong understanding of apparel grading and fit Experience with sweater construction and yarn behavior Knowledge of measurement standards and tolerances Experience communicating with overseas factories Proficient in Excel, Illustrator, PLM systems preferred Ability to create detailed fit comments and grading specs Preferred Experience Experience with Ross, Burlington, TJX, Walmart, Costco, etc. Experience in private label knitwear Knowledge of affordable/value retail price engineering Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour Benefits: Paid time off Work Location: In person
