About the Opportunity:The Revenue Analyst III - Analytics Reporting supports revenue cycle operations by analyzing financial and compliance data to identify opportunities for revenue enhancement while ensuring regulatory adherence. This role is responsible for communicating insights to leadership, influencing decision-making, and leading cross-functional initiatives to improve revenue recognition and billing compliance. The position also contributes by mentoring staff and maintaining programs that uphold financial and legal standards in the organization’s revenue processes.3. Responsibilities:• Collaborate with hospital, surgical, and clinical teams to address revenue cycle issues• Communicate key revenue and compliance information to practice and finance leadership• Present findings and recommendations to senior leaders and formal committees• Identify opportunities to increase revenue while maintaining compliance standards• Interpret and apply billing and compliance rules across the revenue cycle• Serve as a subject matter expert in multiple revenue and compliance areas• Use reporting tools to analyze revenue and compliance risks and opportunities• Conduct research, benchmarking, and audits to ensure data accuracy and implement best practices• Develop and maintain programs and tools for revenue recognition and billing compliance• Provide advanced revenue and billing analytics to support leadership decisions• Lead and facilitate multi-disciplinary workgroups or projects• Mentor, coach, and train staff members4. Requirements:• Experience in revenue cycle analysis within a healthcare setting• Strong knowledge of billing, coding, and compliance regulations• Proficiency with reporting tools and data analysis• Ability to communicate complex information to diverse audiences• Skills in leading projects and cross-functional teams• Experience mentoring or training staff5.
