Job Title: Apprentice, Pool Industry  Job FocusPerform routine pool cleaning and maintenance services while ensuring safety, water quality, and proper equipment operation. Key Skills & Knowledge Safety compliance and awareness Basic understanding of water flow systems Fundamental knowledge of water chemistry, including adjustments and balancing Responsibilities Perform basic pool cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, brushing, skimming, and cleaning baskets Test and adjust water chemistry to maintain proper balance and water quality Inspect pool equipment to ensure proper function and operation Identify, document, and report issues requiring repair or replacement Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times Growth & Development GoalThis position is designed to support professional growth, with the goal of developing the skills and qualifications necessary for advancement within the organization.
