General ManagerWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented General Manager to oversee daily restaurant activities. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and committed to maintaining high standards of service, safety, and quality.Key Responsibilities:- Ensure that all restaurant policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs are followed and completed in a timely manner.- Meet weekly with the management team to review progress, address issues, and plan upcoming activities, with agenda items prepared in advance.- Monitor compliance with health and fire safety regulations related to food preparation, serving, and building maintenance.- Achieve company objectives in sales, service, quality, facility appearance, sanitation, and cleanliness through effective staff training and creating a positive, productive work environment.- Oversee food preparation methods, portion sizes, garnishing, and presentation to ensure food quality and visual appeal meet established standards.- Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations governing food safety, sanitation, and employment practices.- Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.- Collaborate with staff to improve service delivery and operational processes, fostering teamwork and continuous improvement.Skills and Qualifications:- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar hospitality leadership role.- Strong knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations.- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to monitor and improve food quality and presentation standards.- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.- Proficiency in using restaurant management software and MS Office Suite.- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management or related field is preferred.Compensation details: 60000-85000 Yearly SalaryPIc93e9fb34b08-26289-40514648
