Control Engineer

Design, modify, test, and commission HMI and PLC programs using Pro-face, Rockwell/Allen-Bradley, Yaskawa, Toyopuc, Mitsubishi, and Siemens platforms.Develop and modify Safety PLC programs and verify designs during customer buyoffs.Create and review electrical hardware, panel, and field-device layouts using AutoCAD Electrical and IAB.Perform project risk assessments covering bids, hardware procurement, installation, and schedules.Supervise engineers, electricians, and millwrights during equipment demolition, installation, and press upgrades.Provide full-line commissioning support for PLC, electrical, and mechanical systems.Collaborate with customers and project teams to troubleshoot, verify, and resolve technical issues.Requirements: Electrical Engineering/Technology degree or equivalent experience, strong PLC programming and AutoCAD Electrical skills, electrical hardware design experience, commissioning experience, multitasking/teamwork abilities, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel to Canada and Mexico.
