Mead & Hunt, a nationally recognized leader in engineering and architecture consulting, is seeking a highly motivated Wastewater Practice Leader. With over a century of engineering excellence and a commitment to solving our clients’ most complex challenges, we are looking for a dynamic individual to join our expanding One Water team. Responsibilities include:Providing technical guidance to project teams on wastewater projectsAssisting in the development of potable water service offerings, technical resources and business developmentLeading QA/QC on wastewater projectsMonitoring marketplace and jurisdictional mandates and trends to provide guidance to clientsManaging wastewater and other types of water projectsPreparing technical papers and other items for presentations at conferences, blogs, etc.Mentoring staff Travel will be required. The successful candidate must have:Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in environmental, civil, chemical engineering from an accredited college or universityAt least eight (8) years of relevant experiencePE license in any state with the ability to obtain in additional states The ideal candidate will have with any/all of the following:Texas wastewater market experienceExperience participating in wastewater technical organization activitiesTechnical oversight on wastewater projects experienceExperience mentoring less experienced staffProject management experience If you have strong communication and organizational skills, are self-motivated, and can work well both independently and as part of a team, complete the online application process for this job posting atwww.meadhunt.com/careers.
