Bartender/Server PositionThe Windsor Court seeks a skilled and experienced Bartender/Server to join our team. Associates are expected to prepare food and drink orders, serve beverages and meals to guests as regulated by the Louisiana state and federal age requirements, and coordinate The Pool Bar's duties.Responsibilities:Prepare and serve food and drink orders to guests in a timely and efficient mannerEnsure compliance with state and federal age requirements for serving alcoholic beveragesMaintain a clean and organized work area, including The Bar and pool surrounding areasPrepare drinks and serve food according to recipes and hotel standards.Coordinate The Pool Bar duties, including upselling and promotionsProvide excellent customer service to all patrons, ensuring a positive experienceHandle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficientlyMonitor inventory levels and restock supplies as neededFollow all safety and sanitation proceduresEnsures tips are reported properly for tax processing.Attempts to limit problems and liability related to customers' excessive drinking by taking steps such as discontinuing alcohol service and notifying management of potential problem(s).
