Enterprise Data Architect

Position Description:RCM is seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Architect a strong foundation in enterprise data warehousing and a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, particularly Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in data warehousing environments, leveraging tools like Oracle OIC and ODI for data management and processing.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement robust data integration solutions utilizing Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).Build and maintain data pipelines, ETL processes, and data quality frameworks.Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Optimize data warehouse performance and scalability.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with industry standards.Stay up-to-date with emerging Oracle data technologies and industry trends. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.5+ years of experience in data warehousing and ETL development.Proven expertise in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).Hands-on experience with Oracle data warehousing and processing tools.Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and scripting languages (Python, Shell).Knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing architecture, and data governance best practices.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications:Experience with data virtualization and data governance tools.Certifications in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure or data integration technologies.Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
