Apply via Dice today!We are looking for Business Operations Senior Analyst for our client in Plainsboro, NJJob Title: Business Operations Senior AnalystJob Location: Plainsboro, NJJob Type: ContractJob Overview:Pay Range: $64.17hr - $69.17hrSupport operational analytics, business analysis, and process improvement initiatives within complex operational environments.Analyze and improve end-to-end operational processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, manual activities, and automation opportunities.Provide operational insights related to safety, supplier performance, sustainability, financial controls, and operational effectiveness.Support business planning, leadership reporting, and quarterly reviews through data-driven analysis and reporting.Design, develop, test, and maintain automated workflows to streamline data collection, approvals, compliance, and reporting processes.Identify and implement opportunities to leverage artificial intelligence and advanced analytics for predictive insights, anomaly detection, and operational improvements.Develop and manage Power BI dashboards supporting operational performance metrics, audit readiness, sustainability, and financial oversight.Integrate multiple data sources while maintaining data governance and reporting accuracy.Support audit, compliance, and governance initiatives through automation, monitoring, and reporting solutions.Apply operational excellence principles to redesign workflows and improve reporting efficiency.Support financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and sustainability reporting initiatives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and support change management initiatives.Act as a trusted advisor by translating operational data into actionable insights and supporting adoption of new tools and processes.Responsibilities:Analyze operational processes and identify automation opportunities.Provide operational insights related to safety, sustainability, and financial controls.Support business planning and leadership reporting activities.Design and maintain automated workflows and reporting solutions.Implement artificial intelligence and advanced analytics solutions.Develop and manage Power BI dashboards and executive reporting.Support audit, compliance, and governance activities.Apply continuous improvement principles to operational workflows.Support financial forecasting, budgeting, and cost analysis.Analyze safety trends and sustainability performance metrics.Collaborate with cross-functional teams on operational issues and escalations.Support stakeholder engagement and change management initiatives.Experience:3 5 years of experience in operational analytics, business analysis, or analytics roles supporting complex operational environments.Experience working independently in complex and matrixed organizations.Experience facilitating stakeholder interviews and optimizing business processes.Skills:Advanced expertise in Power BI, including dashboard development, data modeling, and DAX.Experience applying artificial intelligence tools and advanced analytics to operational environments.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Knowledge of process automation and workflow design tools.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.Strong data governance and reporting capabilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.Qualification And Education:Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Data Science, Operations, or a related field.Should Have:Experience with operational excellence and continuous improvement methodologies.Experience supporting audit, compliance, ESG, and financial reporting initiatives.Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.Experience supporting sustainability and environmental reporting initiatives.
