Job specific requirements:3-5 years of experience in quality, food safety, or manufacturing roles.Experience executing quality holds, investigations, and documentation.Willingness to work assigned production shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift).Familiarity with quality systems and regulatory requirements (e.g., QCMS, HACCP, FSSC) preferred. Work schedule:Here's a clear breakdown of the schedule:1. Second Shift (Weekdays)Monday to Friday: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PMStandard evening shift, 8 hours per day 2. Third Shift (Weekdays)Monday to Friday: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AMOvernight shift, runs into the next morning 3. Weekend "B" Shift (WE B Shift)Saturday, Sunday, and Monday: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AMThese are 12-hour overnight shiftsFriday (alternating each week):Week 1: 6:00 AM - 10:00 AMWeek 2: 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM
