The role is primarily field-based, with occasional office responsibilities as needed. The WebPass field technician serves in a support role for our client, executing a variety of technical , operational, and service-related tasks to assist with daily field operations and project objectives.FieldKey ResponsibilitiesRespond to and assist with troubleshooting WebPass service outagesPerform dish realignments and repoint wireless equipment as needed to maintain service quality. Install, route, and terminate CAT6 and fiber optic cablingConduct basic troubleshooting of network connectivity and field equipment issues. Assist with minor ISP-related installation, maintenance and support activities. OfficeMonitor, manage, and assist with the closeout of assigned service tickets as neededQualifications1+ years of wireless telecommunications experienceExperience with MxU fiber and CAT6 infrastructure buildsPrevious experience pulling, routing, and securing cable in field environments. Ability to perform basic troubleshooting and general maintenance activitiesExperience reading, interpreting and navigating technical schematics, designs, and construction drawingsExcellent organizational, customer service, and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and G SuiteWillingness to work occasional overtimeWork EnvironmentThis hybrid requires work in the field and in the office. Field work includes walking sites, climbing stairs, and engaging directly with teams and clients.
