PositionDirector, Clinical and Sales Operations – Core LabOpportunityThe Director of Clinical and Sales Operations for Core Lab serves as a critical strategic leader responsible for enabling the execution of Core Lab's U.S. business priorities. Acts as a strategic advisor to the VP of Sales and the broader Senior Sales leadership team. This role drives alignment across commercial, clinical, marketing, finance, and service organizations to translate strategy into measurable business outcomes. Regular campus presence will be required.Relocation benefits are available for this position.The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indianapolis, Indiana is $160,700–298,400. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This position is eligible to earn incentive compensation that is calculated and paid in accordance with the applicable Incentive Compensation Plan for the role.
