This hybrid role blends sales analytics, pricing governance, and business intelligence to support strategic decision-making across Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, IT, and Distribution.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Lead price change planning and implementation across business unitsDevelop bid pricing strategies, margin analysis, and scenario modelingMonitor pricing performance and identify margin improvement opportunitiesMaintain pricing calendars, libraries, and contract/job pricing structuresSupport value-based, tiered, and dynamic pricing initiativesAnalyze sales data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunitiesDevelop and monitor KPIs related to revenue, margin, and customer behaviorPrepare recurring and ad hoc reports on sales performance and profitabilityConduct market, competitor, and customer-level analysisPartner with Sales, IT, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance, and DC teamsTranslate business questions into reporting requirements and data solutionsSupport dashboards, reporting models, and data validation processesIdentify inefficiencies in pricing, reporting, and business processesDocument workflows, requirements, and system improvementsSupport CRM, ERP, and reporting tool enhancementsPresent findings and recommendations to leadershipProvide data for planning, forecasting, negotiations, and strategySupport cost-benefit and feasibility analysis for business initiativesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field3+ years in sales analysis, business analysis, or pricing analysisAdvanced Excel skills; Power BI, SQL, or similar tools preferredExperience with ERP systems (P21 preferred)Strong understanding of margin, pricing structures, and revenue analyticsExcellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
