You’ll report directly to the CEO and work closely with the leadership team to align operations with company growth and strategic goalsOwn the end to end financial picture: P&L, cash flow, runway, and unit economicsLead budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning to support fast, informed decisionsRun the monthly close and financial reporting, working closely with external partners where neededOwn tax setup and compliance across entities, geographies, and evolving business modelsOwn investor updates, board materials, and support fundraising conversationsDrive capital allocation and ROI thinking, ensuring spend is intentional and aligned to prioritiesAct as the connective tissue across Finance, People and Legal, bringing structure and clarityOwn the company planning cadence - annual planning, quarterly re-forecasts, and ongoing prioritizationDefine, track, and evolve core KPIs and performance dashboardsEstablish lightweight but effective operating rhythms, accountability, and decision-making frameworksTranslate strategy into clear operating plans, resourcing decisions, and execution focusPartner closely with the CEO on prioritization, trade offs and day to day execution #J-18808-Ljbffr
