Financial Analyst (Romeo)
Position OverviewThis role is intentionally structured as a training ground for a future finance leader, giving the right candidate direct exposure to the full finance function along with meaningful involvement in operational and strategic decision-making. Reporting to the CFO, this individual will gain hands-on exposure across all aspects of finance, accounting, and operational performance.We are a lean, highly collaborative organization where finance plays a critical role in driving business decisions, not just reporting results.
