The organization values long-term commitment and invests heavily in the development and advancement of its employees.ResponsibilitiesSupport field operations on complex electrical infrastructure projects from startup through closeoutCoordinate daily construction activities with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and clientsAssist with project scheduling, procurement tracking, material management, and workforce planningReview drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and project documentation for accuracy and constructabilityTrack project quantities, production rates, costs, and progress reportingSupport change order documentation and project controls effortsConduct field inspections and ensure work is performed in accordance with plans, specifications, and quality standardsHelp maintain project safety compliance and support jobsite safety initiativesParticipate in client meetings, progress updates, and coordination efforts with stakeholdersAssist with project closeout documentation and turnover requirementsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred1–5+ years of experience in electrical construction, infrastructure, utility, transportation, or heavy civil projectsUnderstanding of electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, controls, communications, and utility infrastructureAbility to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentsStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software preferredWillingness to spend significant time in the field supporting active construction operationsWhy JoinWork for one of New England’s most recognized infrastructure contractorsExposure to large-scale transportation, utility, and electrical infrastructure projectsStrong mentorship and career development opportunities with a clear path toward Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, and Project Manager rolesCollaborative, employee-focused culture with a highly tenured workforceStrong backlog of high-profile projects throughout the NortheastCompetitive compensation, comprehensive benefits package, and long-term career stabilityCompany leadership genuinely values loyalty, internal promotion, and employee development
