Hybrid Role - Cloud Architect

Job Title:Cloud ArchitectType: Contract RoleWork Arrangement: HybridLocation: Lansing, MIDescription:As a Senior Application Developer, the employee performs a complete range of information systemanalyst assignments including, but not limited to, designing, developing, testing, and implementingcomputer systems and applications for Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA). This rolewill help support a total of 7 instances of Accela spanning 3 agencies and 4 additional agencies thatutilize data from these systems.This individual will be looked upon to provide technical support to other team members and evaluatenew development tools and agency systems. Serves as a Technical Consultant to the client to developsolutions and streamline critical business processes. Supports and enhances the agencies' data needsthrough the maintenance and modification of existing web and client server applications, thedevelopment of new web and client server applications, as well as the rewrite of legacy applications andsystems. Additional application development support to address the needs client ApplicationDevelopment Section will be assigned as needed.Skills requestedPower Builder, JAVA, JavaScript, .NET, HTML, XML, SQL, Microsoft VISIO, MicrosoftProject, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), relational database concepts, database concepts, telecommunication concepts, web services, Rhino JavaScript, and Accela scripting andreporting.A Bachelor's degree is required.
