Data Developer Apex Systems is now hiring Data Developers for one of our top clients in the financial services industry.Location: 100% remote; prefer someone local to Richmond or PlanoDuration: 1 year - 2 year extensionInterview Process: 1 round to hireWhat You'll DoLead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers with deep experience in machine learning, distributed microservices, and full stack systems to create solutions that help meet regulatory needs for the companyShare your passion for staying on top of tech trends, experimenting with and learning new technologies, participating in internal & external technology communities, mentoring other members of the engineering community, and from time to time, be asked to code or evaluate codeCollaborate with digital product managers, and deliver robust cloud-based solutions that drive powerful experiences to help millions of Americans achieve financial empowermentUtilize programming languages like Java, Python, SQL, Ruby and Go, Container Orchestration services including Docker and Kubernetes, CM tools including Ansible and Terraform, and a variety of AWS tools and servicesBasic QualificationsBachelor's degreeAt least 3 years of experience in Cloud Native technologies with Amazon Web Services2+ Experience with distributed database systems with ElasticSearchPython/serverless (Pandas, Boto 3, dataframes)Cloud data API are grown by Go/GraphQL At least 2 years of people management experiencePreferred Qualifications4+ experience with coding and scripting in Python or Golang4+ Experience using build and deployment tools (Jenkins, Docker)2+ Experience with distributed database systems with ElasticSearch2+ Experience with deploying clustered web services2+ years experience working within Agile Development Practices
