Aerotek - - Responsibilities: Follow all company policies and procedures related to meat processing, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) regulations.; Maintain all production areas in clean and sanitary condition throughout the shift.; Identify and communicate any issues that may lead to unsanitary conditions in a timely manner to the appropriate supervisor or lead.; Stage production areas with empty containers and necessary materials for the following shift.; Assist with preparing and disassembling equipment for meat-processing operations and sanitation activities.
