This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset and an accounting-oriented approach to accuracy and organization. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of inventory while working with products from some of the world’s most renowned jewelry designers and manufacturers.Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately enter and maintain inventory data within company systems, ensuring all product information is complete and up to dateMonitor and maintain correct cost and retail pricing based on vendor updates, buyer direction, and market changesPerform detailed quality inspections of all incoming merchandise to ensure accuracy, condition, and alignment with purchase ordersProcess and document all vendor returns in accordance with established procedures, ensuring proper tracking and resolutionInvestigate, research, and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner, partnering with internal teams as neededConduct regular physical inventory counts and cycle counts, and reconcile variances to maintain accurate inventory recordsIdentify and correct cost and retail discrepancies, ensuring alignment across systems and reportingSupport overall inventory control processes and contribute to continuous improvement of accuracy and efficiencyOther related duties as assignedThis is a part time role, working approximately three days per week.
