Project Manager

Akkodis is seeking a Project Manager for a Contract with a client in Sunnyvale, CA. The candidate must have strong expertise in managing end-to-end projects within the media and entertainment domain.Rate Range: $72/hour to $75/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.Project Manager job responsibilities include:Lead end-to-end project delivery within media and entertainment programs, ensuring alignment with content workflows, production cycles, and business outcomes.Coordinate cross-functional teams including product, engineering, creative, and operations to maintain smooth execution across all phases.Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and scope control while managing risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.Facilitate communication between technical and business groups to ensure clarity on requirements, timelines, and media-specific deliverables.Drive issue resolution, change management, and continuous improvement to support high-quality, on-time project releases.Ensure compliance with media industry standards, content delivery processes, and platform-specific operational requirements.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business administration, Media Studies, Information Technology, or a related field.10+ years of experience managing projects, with substantial exposure to media and entertainment domain workflows.Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional delivery across media production, content operations, or distribution platforms while ensuring alignment with business goals.Proven expertise in stakeholder management, risk control, and project execution within media-specific environments involving fast-paced timelines and evolving requirements.If you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW.
