Project Manager

Akkodis is seeking a Project Manager for a Contract with a client in Sunnyvale, CA. The ideal candidate with experience in driving cross-functional execution and tracking complex workflow dependencies .Rate Range: $53/hour to $56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.Project Manager job responsibilities include:Drive cross-functional program execution by tracking action items, monitoring dependencies, and removing blockers to ensure teams operate at maximum efficiency.Define, document, and optimize end-to-end process flows and workflows across product, design, engineering, and entertainment-production teams.Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, manage sprint planning, and support backlog refinement to maintain alignment across multiple workstreams.Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, providing clear communication, documentation, presentations, and updates to support decision-making.Develop training materials, write technical specifications, and coordinate UAT sessions to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and tools.Build and adjust complex project plans and scenario-based roadmaps, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and implementation options.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).10+ years of experience in technical program management, business analysis, or related delivery roles.Proven experience defining and documenting complex workflows and processes, with strong Agile/Scrum expertise in media and entertainment environments.Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multi-dependency project plans, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.If you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW.
