Senior Program Manager

Our Midstream Oil and Gas client is looking to add a Senior IT Program Manager to their team! this opportunity is based in Houston, TX and offers hybrid flexibility. This role requires strong program-level leadership, with the ability to manage phased delivery across multiple workstreams while ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee a large-scale, multi-phase program delivered across bundled workstreams (data, AI/ML, and engineering)Establish and drive program governance, including:Weekly status reportingRisk and issue managementExecutive-level updates and communicationsCoordinate cross-functional efforts across internal teams (IT, system planning, commercial, operations) and external partners (e.g., cloud providers, vendors)Manage delivery within a time-and-materials model, ensuring milestone-based outcomes are metEnsure alignment between program execution and business value realizationMaintain accountability for timelines, dependencies, and overall program healthRequired Qualifications10 years experience as a Program Manager on complex, enterprise-scale initiativesDemonstrated success managing multi-workstream programs with phased delivery approachesStrong governance experience, including executive reporting and stakeholder alignmentExperience working in time-and-materials delivery models with milestone trackingExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
