This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple HR responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle HR operations, supporting employees and leadership across all areas of human resourcesProcess and oversee payroll through ADP Workforce Now, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timelinessLead recruiting efforts, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and assisting with offer processesAdminister and support open enrollment, including employee communication, benefit elections, and coordination with vendorsPrepare and file state payroll tax filings, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulationsMaintain accurate employee records and HRIS dataServe as a point of contact for employee questions related to payroll, benefits, and HR policiesSupport onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experiencePartner with leadership on various HR initiatives, policies, and process improvementsQualifications for the Human Resources Generalist Experience working with a nonprofit organization 5+ years of HR related experience#LI-CC3#INMAY2026
