Skills And ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals Collaborate with sales and service teams to achieve revenue targets Identify potential leads and prospects with an end user focus Convert leads into sales through effective communication and service Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within client companies Create, design, estimate and present proposals for all systems offerings including inspections, service, maintenance, and installation Procurement and management of labor, materials, and technology resources Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed Assist with project close-out: punch list, final billing, collections Provide customer follow up and support Ensure Customer Satisfaction Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively QualificationsFive or more years of experience in sales Knowledge and experience with low voltage, construction, and sales Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to relate and communicate with employees and customers across the organization. Strong computer skills Competitive spirit and customer service minded skillset Flexibility and adaptability to changing schedules and scenarios.
