OverviewOur client is seeking an experienced leader to oversee the strategy, design, and evolution of its global people‑rewards framework. This role is responsible for shaping how the organization attracts, retains, and supports its workforce by developing forward‑thinking programs across compensation, benefits, mobility, wellbeing, and overall total rewards philosophy.This individual will guide a holistic approach to rewards by integrating competitive pay practices, health and wellness programs, career‑support mechanisms, and recognition strategies into a cohesive and scalable model. They will partner closely with senior leadership to align reward programs with organizational goals, financial priorities, and long‑term talent needs.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Program LeadershipDevelop and implement a unified total rewards strategy aligned with organizational objectives and workforce needs.Evaluate existing programs and harmonize varied offerings into a consistent, fair, and scalable framework.Ensure programs support talent attraction, engagement, and long‑term retention.Compensation & Benefits ArchitectureOversee the design, governance, and administration of compensation structures, variable pay programs, benefits, retirement plans, and other reward mechanisms.Conduct ongoing market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive positioning.Maintain compliance with relevant policies, regulations, and internal standards.Global Workforce SupportBuild and refine mobility strategies, wellbeing initiatives, and regionally appropriate reward offerings.Assess workforce trends and adjust programs proactively based on data, market conditions, and organizational priorities.Leadership & Stakeholder EngagementAdvise executive leaders on reward strategy and emerging trends.Communicate program value and changes clearly to employees, promoting transparency and understanding.Collaborate cross‑functionally with HR, Finance, Legal, and other internal partners to ensure alignment and seamless execution.Qualifications10-15+ years of experience leading comprehensive rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, mobility, and related functions.Demonstrated ability to build equitable, scalable, and globally relevant reward frameworks.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in HR systems, data modeling, and market analysis tools.Proven experience influencing senior leaders and presenting complex information in a clear, actionable manner.Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple initiatives in a fast‑paced environment.High level of integrity, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality.Ability to translate complex data and trends into strategic recommendations.A proactive, detail‑oriented approach with strong communication skills and a global mindset.The SR Group (US), Inc. is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.Please note that your personal information will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
