Hybrid Mental Health Therapist

Innovative Therapeutic Services (ITS) is growing rapidly! We are currently looking for innovative clinicians or clinical social workers to join our growing family. Providers must be licensed in the State of Maryland (LMSW/LCSW-C/LGPC/LCPC/LCMFT) and will be responsible for providing mental health services in person, in school, and via telehealth at a minimum of 10 hours per week. Providers must be willing to see children, adolescents, and/or adults. This position does have the opportunity to turn into a full-time salaried role.Please note: This is a HYBRID role.Make your schedule! Graduates are encouraged to apply! Bilingual clinicians are a bonus!Qualifications and SkillsMaster's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy or Social WorkLicensed LMSW/LCSWC/LGPC/LCPC/LCMFT in the State of Maryland (active and in good standing)Proficient in Microsoft Office, internet, EHR/EMR, excellent oral and written communication skills, and reliable transportationPosition requires flexibility, organizational skills, creativity, and self-sufficiency.Responsibilities and DutiesComplete weekly billable hours by providing individual, family, and/or group therapy in-office or via telehealthComplete and maintain accurate documentation of client psychosocial evaluations/reassessments, progress notes, treatment plans, discharge/transition summaries, charts, and weekly billing sheetsAssess and develop individual treatment plans semi-annuallyAssess clients' needs for other types of service such as PRP, psychiatric evaluations, medication management, or referrals for outside treatment depending on the client’s needsAttend and participate in weekly/bi-weekly/monthly supervisionAttend and participate in clinical staff meetings, and clinical training/professional development training as scheduledOther duties as assignedBenefits and PerksEmployee Assistance Program, Discounted Perks through ADPFree trainings/CEU'sBoard Certified Supervisors are available for Licensed Graduate Professional Counselors and Licensed Master Social Workers who may need supervision hoursOther ItemsThe candidate must be willing to complete a federal and state background check upon hireCompany OverviewInnovative Therapeutic Services, Corp.
