This is a hands-on, traditional Accounting Manager role responsible for overseeing all accounting operations, financial reporting, and close processes in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead full-cycle accounting: GL, AP/AR, payroll oversightManage intercompany accounting across multiple entitiesOwn month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closePerform and review account & bank reconciliationsPrepare financial statements and reportingSupport financial analysis and leadership reportingLead audit preparation and ensure GAAP complianceOversee all accounting and finance functionsManage and mentor accounting team (Senior + Staff Accountants)Systems & ToolsNetSuite (required)Power BI (preferred)Athenahealth / EMR systems (plus)QualificationsBachelor’s in Accounting or Finance7–10+ years of accounting experienceHas a CPA preferredPrior Accounting Manager Experience Strong experience in:Multi-entity / multi-state accountingIntercompany accountingMonth-end close & reconciliationsHealthcare experience requiredWhy This RoleHigh-impact role reporting to CFO and executive leadershipOpportunity to lead accounting in a growing healthcare organization
