This role offers the opportunity to join a growing organization backed by the stability and global expertise of PSK.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Supply Chain Management role at PSK America based in Round Rock**, TX**.The role is responsible for managing end-to-end supply chain activities—including procurement, inventory management, demand forecasting, and vendor coordination—to ensure on-time order execution and operational efficiency.The position works closely with suppliers and cross-functional internal teams to support demand and supply planning activities, including pull-ins and pushouts to meet MRP requirements. This role also contributes to supplier performance management, customer support, and contract execution to ensure smooth project delivery and high-quality service.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and track purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery and quality complianceMonitor inventory flow, identify over-aged inventory, and implement corrective actionsSupport inbound and outbound logistics in collaboration with suppliers and manufacturing partnersEstablish and maintain optimal inventory levels to support business demandPerform demand forecasting and inventory replenishment activitiesNegotiate and execute purchases and RFQs, balancing cost, quality, supplier reliability, and urgencyManage supplier relationships and conduct performance reviews across Quality, Cost, and Service KPIsCollaborate cross-functionally to resolve supplier issues and improve cost and performanceCommunicate with customers to understand requirements and coordinate internal resourcesSupport contract negotiations, execution, and delivery terms discussionsEnsure accurate order placement and on-time order executionQualifications2–6 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or Strategic SourcingStrong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data and identify trendsSolid understanding of inventory management and purchasing categoriesExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsProven ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlinesAbility to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external suppliersFamiliarity with industry-specific tools and systems is a plusBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Excellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishEligible to work in USHow to applyIf you are interested in this opportunity, please apply through LinkedIn or submit your resume directly.For questions related to the position, you may contact the PSK America HR team at:📧 Email: pskamerica@psk-inc.com📍 Location: Round Rock, TX (On-site)
