What You’ll Do Welcome and assist customers through the car-buying process from start to finish Build relationships, follow up with leads, and maintain an active sales pipeline Present financing options, submit applications, and secure approvals Accurately complete paperwork and ensure full compliance Offer value-added F&I product options with transparency and integrity Help maintain an organized, positive, team-oriented dealership culture Responsibilities Engage with prospective customers through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and outreach to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline. Conduct high-end sales consultations, understanding customer needs and presenting tailored vehicle options that match their preferences. Effectively negotiate terms, prices, and financing options to close deals that benefit both the customer and the dealership. Present comprehensive F&I products such as extended warranties, insurance policies, and other add-ons to enhance vehicle value and dealership profitability. Manage inventory control and assist with retail math calculations to ensure accurate deal structuring and profitability analysis. Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, follow up on leads, and support ongoing sales support activities. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette, public speaking skills, and communication abilities to build rapport with clients both in person and over the phone. Requirements Proven experience in automobile sales, retail sales, or B2B sales within a dealership environment is highly preferred. Strong negotiation skills coupled with organizational abilities to manage multiple deals simultaneously. Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases effectively. Familiarity with CRM software, inventory management systems, and automotive marketing strategies is desirable. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on outbound sales techniques such as cold calling and upselling. Knowledge of retail math, inventory control, and automotive finance processes is essential for success in this role. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—and the ability to deliver compelling presentations in a professional manner.
