Responsibilities Mastering communication systems, sales materials, and internal office processes Participating in daily training sessions to become an expert liaison between clients and the sales team Attending development clinics centered on: Quality assurance and control of the sales process Personal professional growth Advanced communication strategies Engaging in weekly goal-setting sessions and receiving individualized coaching from leadership Using Salesforce CRM to track performance and customer retention Making daily follow-up and feedback calls to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and strong, long-term client relationships Qualifications & Preferred Skills 1–2 years of experience in customer service or a related field Strong communication skills, including active listening and confident speaking Comfortable interacting with people daily—customers, clients, and team members alike Positive attitude with the drive to succeed in a fast-paced setting Financially motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow A genuine desire to contribute and create real impact within the organization Job Type: Full-time Pay: $800.00 - $1,250.00 per week Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Vision insurance Ability to Commute: Louisville, KY 40218 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Louisville, KY 40218: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
