Sales Manager - Coralville, IA

Randy's Flooring, a well-established, employee-owned flooring company serving residential and commercial customers throughout Eastern Iowa, is excited to welcome a Sales Manager to its growing organization.As the Sales Manager, you'll serve as a leader and escalation point for a team of experienced sales professionals, supporting complex projects, resolvingcustomer issues, keeping installs on track, and helping protect margin and customer experience.What You'll Be Doing• Lead, support, and develop a team of sales professionals• Partner with sales reps on complex or high-impact projects• Review active jobs with sales, contractors, and customers to ensure accuracy and follow-through• Step in as an escalation point for customer concerns, claims, credits, and rebates• Review sales performance, forecasts, and monthly metrics• Assist with AR reviews alongside sales reps• Manage scheduling and retail floor coverage• Collaborate with leadership on process improvements, growth initiatives, and market feedbackWhat We're Looking For• Sales leadership experience within flooring, construction, or project-driven environments• Strong understanding of job costing, margins, and project execution• Comfortable managing people and projects simultaneously• Clear communicator who can support, coach, and step in when needed• Associate's degree or higher preferred (experience may substitute)Why Randy's FlooringWith a strong reputation, a long-tenured team, and ongoing growth, Randy's Flooring provides employees with stability, ownership, and the opportunity to make a visible impact.
