Head of Inventory Management
As our Head of Inventory Management you will ensure accurate, timely, and efficient management of hardware and asset inventory of hWP and hGP organizations including oversight of other regions including UK & I, Poland, Germany, MX, Chile, Asia, Spain and Central and Eastern Europe. Enable seamless client deployment through proactive inventory planning and controls.RESPONSIBILITIESDemand Forecasting & Commercial Alignment: Partner with Product and Commercial teams to forecast inventory needs based on pipeline, launches, portfolio changes, and growth plans.Vendor & Third -Party Partner Management: Manage third-party deployment and logistics partners, including performance oversight, SLAs, capacity planning, and issue resolution to ensure reliable supply and fulfillment.Inventory Management& Controls: Own inventory tacking, reconciliation, and controls across the full lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, availability and compliance with asset management standards.Financial Administration & Cash Flow Management: Oversee inventory-related financial administration, including purchase orders, invoicing, cash flow tracking, and inventory capitalization.Operational Reporting & Optimization: Provide clear reporting on inventory health, turns, vendor performance and financial exposureROLE REQUIEREMENTSTechnical SkillsBachelor's/Master's in Business Administration, Management, or related fieldInventory management systems, forecasting, and reconciliationSupply chain logistics fundamentalsManagement SkillsVendor coordination and operational planningData-driven decision making and reportingCreate and nurture vendor relationships creating a strong network to build optionalityMindset & BehaviorsHighly organized with strong attention to detailProactive, risk-aware, and operationally disciplinedAt Global Payments our vision is to be “Champions of Inclusion.” We are fully committed and focused on creating a better tomorrow in the communities in which we live and work.
