We partner cross-functionally with Clinical, Product, Engineering, CX, Vendor Management, and external pharmacy partners to build and optimize operational infrastructure that supports our growing clinical offerings — including medication management and GLP-1 programs.As our clinical programs continue to expand in complexity and scale, operational excellence is critical to ensuring seamless patient experiences, regulatory compliance, and strong vendor partnerships.About The RoleAs we continue to grow, we’re seeking a Clinical Operations Associate to support day-to-day clinical and pharmacy operations and contribute to ongoing process improvements and vendor coordination efforts. In this role, you will help ensure smooth execution across medication fulfillment, care coordination workflows, and clinical quality initiatives.The ideal candidate brings experience in healthcare or digital health operations, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You are comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, supporting cross-functional initiatives, and helping translate evolving clinical workflows into clear, scalable processes.You WillSupport clinical quality oversight efforts across internal teams and external care delivery partners to help ensure adherence to clinical protocols, regulatory requirements, and organizational standardsAssist in coordinating structured quality review processes, including preparing materials for vendor quality meetings, maintaining performance dashboards, and tracking corrective action plansContribute to pharmacy and clinical operations by helping maintain efficient, compliant, and patient-centered care delivery across telehealth workflowsMonitor and report on vendor and internal team performance against SLAs, quality benchmarks, and key operational metrics, escalating trends or gaps as neededSupport investigation and resolution of clinical and patient escalations by gathering data, reviewing EMRs, and documenting findingsHelp develop and maintain SOPs, playbooks, and documentation to standardize clinical and operational processesManage PC operations, ensuring all administrative and regulatory requirements are maintained and backend operational processes are effectively supported.Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical, Pharmacy Operations, Customer Support, Product, and Technology teams to support care delivery improvementsAssist with operational readiness for new clinical program and SKU launches, including workflow documentation and quality checksAnalyze data and operational trends to generate insights that support improvements in quality, efficiency, and patient satisfactionAbout YouIf you’re interested in shaping the future of health by supporting and improving operational systems that directly impact patient care, this role may be for you!2+ years of experience in clinical, healthcare, pharmacy, telemedicine, or digital health operationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experienceExperience working with clinical service partners or vendors (preferred)Experience supporting operational improvement initiativesFamiliarity with EMR/EHR systems and digital health platformsExperience using operational tools such as Jira, Zendesk, or analytics/reporting platforms (preferred)Working knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA, and healthcare compliance requirementsExperience with clinical quality assurance, chart audits, or protocol adherence (preferred)Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail and strong documentation skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and ambiguity in a fast-paced environmentEmpathy and professionalism when interacting with external stakeholders and internal team membersExcellent communication skills and a collaborative mindsetWhat Makes This Job AmazingJoin a mission-driven team transforming the future of digital healthcareContribute to scaling medication and clinical operations that impact thousands of patientsCollaborate cross-functionally with Clinical, Product, Engineering, CX, and Vendor teamsHelp improve systems that directly enhance patient safety, quality, and experienceCompensation PackageThe US base salary range for this full-time position is $81,000-$110,000.This range reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position for US-based candidates, at the time of posting. The actual salary offer is based on factors including relevant experience and training, assessment of functional skills and behavioral competencies, and location, among others.Other elements of Noom’s Compensation PackageNoom offers a comprehensive and generous total rewards package.
