Job title:U.S. Airline Partnerships & ARC Operations ManagerLocation:Remote, anywhere in the United StatesAbout the roleFor one of our clients, we are looking for a U.S.-based airline and travel distribution professional to support the launch and growth of a new U.S. travel entity. This role will focus on ARC-related operational readiness, airline relationship support, and wider commercial coordination across OTA and air-distribution activities.This is a practical, hands-on role for someone who understands airline ticketing, travel operations, ARC, GDS environments, and the day-to-day realities of working with airlines, OTAs, or travel platforms.Key responsibilitiesSupport the U.S. entity’s ARC operational readiness and ongoing ARC-related processesAct as the U.S.-based operational contact for airline, OTA, and travel-distribution mattersAssist with airline account setup, documentation, and relationship coordinationSupport GDS, NDC, API, or other air-content connectivity discussions where relevantCoordinate with internal teams on ticketing, booking, commercial, and operational workflowsHelp manage day-to-day U.S. travel operations, including communication with suppliers and partnersAssist with U.S. market expansion and commercial relationship buildingWork closely with management on process setup, compliance, and operational executionRequirementsBased in the United States and authorized to work in the U.S.Experience in travel, airline distribution, OTAs, GDS, consolidators, or travel technologyStrong understanding of airline ticketing and travel operationsFamiliarity with ARC processes or experience working in an ARC environment is strongly preferredExperience dealing with airlines, OTAs, or wider travel-distribution partnersComfortable working remotely in a fast-moving international businessStrong English communication skillsChinese language skills are helpful but not requiredPreferred backgroundPrior experience in airline partnerships, OTA account management, or ARC operationsExperience with Sabre, Travelport, Amadeus, or other relevant travel systemsExperience in U.S. travel agency, consolidator, or air-distribution businessesExperience supporting international travel businesses entering the U.S. marketWhy this role is interestingThis is an opportunity to join a growing international travel business at an early stage of its U.S. expansion and help shape its airline, ARC, and operational setup from the ground up.Antravia - Where Travel meets Smart Finance
