Senior Payroll and Time Consultant
Term: Full-Time

Location: Katy, TX, with potential for placement at various unanticipated client sites throughout the United States for project implementation. It may require extended travel.
Job Duties:
Lead end-to-end SAP HCM and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementations, including project planning, scope management, and stakeholder coordination.
Gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with payroll processes, and configure the system to meet regional-specific payroll needs (e.g., USA, Germany, UK).
Customize payroll schemas, rules, and calculations to comply with local tax, regulatory, and legal requirements, including configuring wage types and deductions.
Oversee the integration of ECP/SAP with other SAP modules (e.g., SuccessFactors, Time Management) and third-party systems, ensuring smooth data flow and synchronization.
Lead payroll testing efforts, including the creation of test cases, performing unit, integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure error-free payroll processing.
Provide post-go-live support, managing payroll processing issues, addressing system discrepancies, and handling queries during payroll cycles to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Monitor and execute regular payroll runs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with payroll deadlines, ensuring timely payment to employees.
Collaborate with HR, IT, and finance teams to ensure smooth communication and integration across departments, particularly in payroll-related processes and reports.
Conduct end-user training and support, developing user guides and providing training sessions for payroll administrators and HR teams to ensure proper system usage.
Continuously assess payroll processes, identifying opportunities for system enhancements, automation, and process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce errors.
