Maintenance Reliability Engineer
We’re working with a well-established manufacturing operation to identify a skilled E&I Maintenance Engineer III to lead electrical & instrumentation reliability initiatives and support continuous improvement across the plant.Position: E&I Maintenance EngineerLead E&I maintenance and reliability efforts to improve safety, uptime, and cost efficiencyTroubleshoot and resolve issues with power systems, motors, drives, instrumentation, and control systemsAnalyze equipment failures and implement root-cause, long-term solutionsDevelop and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programsImprove and support power distribution systems, motors, drives, and DCSPartner cross-functionally with Operations, Mechanical Maintenance, Engineering, and vendorsManage small capital and improvement projects, including specifications, drawings, BOMs, and proceduresAct as a technical resource for ongoing plant optimization and reliability initiativesRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering3+ years of experience in E&I maintenance or reliability within a manufacturing environmentStrong troubleshooting background with electrical systems, motors, drives, and instrumentationExperience with Distributed Control SystemsHands-on, proactive mindset with strong collaboration skills
