Private Duty LPN - Overnights

Provide one on one direct nursing care in the home with medically complex clients of all ages. Medication management & administration Monitor vital signs & medical equipment. Perform physician-ordered interventions, such as tracheostomy or ventilator care when applicable. Educating clients and families while providing companionship and emotional support. Regular assessments, charting any client changes in condition, progress, & care needs & notifying the DON accordingly Assist with other total care nursing duties. Make independent clinical decisions when necessary. LPN Position Requirements: Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program Current LPN license in good standing Ability to lift patients when applicable.
