FP&A / Strategic Finance Expert

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on FP&A Expert to drive financial planning, forecasting, business performance, and executive reporting within a fast-paced technology environment.This role sits at the intersection of finance, business, and data. You’ll partner closely with C-Level leaders and business units to turn company strategy into actionable financial plans, performance insights, and data-driven decisions.What You’ll Do:Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning.Build financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses.Partner with business leaders on profitability, utilization, headcount, and investment decisions.Drive KPI tracking and executive reporting across business units.Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.Build dashboards and improve reporting through BI and automation tools.Help scale and optimize the FP&A function as the company grows internationally.What We’re Looking For:6+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, Business Finance, or similar roles.Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.Background in fast-paced environments such as SaaS, tech, consulting, or professional services.Experience partnering with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.Strong analytical and data skills (Excel/Sheets, BI tools, SQL is a plus).Business-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.Advanced English required.Nice to Have:Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools.Familiarity with AI/automation tools and modern analytics workflows.Experience in high-growth or international companies.Benefits:100% Remote.Salary in USD.International and collaborative environment.
