Registered Behavior Technician
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated *Behavior Technician* to join our team. You will work with individuals, particularly children, with autism or developmental disabilities to implement behavior intervention plans and provide support.
Responsibilities
* Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
* Collect data on individuals' behaviors during sessions
* Assist in the development of individualized treatment goals
* Collaborate with the treatment team to provide feedback and progress reports
* Utilize applied behavior analysis ( and reduce challenging behaviors
* Maintain accurate and timely session notes and documentation
Experience
Required Skills:
* Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
* Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
* Familiarity with medical terminology and medical records
* Compassionate and patient approach when working with children
* Proficiency in medical documentation and record-keeping
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour
