Role Overview
We are seeking a highly driven, execution-focused professional to aggressively open and launch new sales platforms with speed and precision. This role is responsible for getting marketplaces live, operational, and revenue-ready as quickly as possible.
The primary objective is to open, activate, stabilize, and hand off each platform to the management team so the company can continuously expand into new marketplaces.
This position operates like a sales opener — someone who creates momentum, pushes through obstacles, and ensures platforms are launched without delay.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Launch & Activation
Open and set up new marketplace accounts from start to finish
Complete all onboarding requirements, compliance steps, and documentation
Rapidly list products with high accuracy and marketplace compliance
Ensure platforms are fully operational and revenue-ready
Drive speed without sacrificing precision
Acceleration & Execution
Identify and remove bottlenecks in the launch process
Push urgency across departments to meet aggressive timelines
Ensure listings are optimized and structured correctly from day one
Focus on early traction and first sales
Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with IT to manage integrations, feeds, and system setup
Collaborate with operations, product, and compliance teams
Maintain clear communication and alignment across stakeholders
Handoff & Transition
Document processes and setup details for smooth transition
Stabilize performance during initial launch phase
Transfer fully operational platforms to long-term management team
Immediately move on to opening the next marketplace
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience
Proven experience launching and managing eCommerce marketplaces
Strong background in product listing creation and optimization
Experience working cross-functionally with IT and operational teams
Deep understanding of marketplace compliance and onboarding requirements
Demonstrated ability to execute quickly and independently
