Job Title: Mainframe DeveloperLocation: Columbus, OH (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)Required Experience & Skills5+ years of Mainframe application development experience.Strong hands-on experience with COBOL, JCL, and VSAM.Experience with REXX is a plus.Strong knowledge of Mainframe batch processing and production support.Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and enhance legacy Mainframe applications.Experience working in Agile and collaborative development environments.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to adapt quickly, work across cross-functional teams, and consistently deliver high-quality results.Preferred ExperienceExperience with Mainframe modernization or integration projects.Exposure to financial services or enterprise-scale applications.Knowledge of source control and change management processes.Key SkillsCOBOL, JCL, VSAM, REXX, Mainframe Development, Batch Processing, Production Support, Legacy Systems, Debugging, Application Maintenance, Agile, SDLC, Mainframe Developer.
