If you’re up to the challenge, then take a chance at this rewarding opportunity!Responsibilities:Handling folders physically (lifting and placing them in file cabinets)Filing (both physical filing and electronic records filing)Data entryEmailing, scanning and faxing dutiesReception desk coverageProcessing mailCorresponding with and answering customer questionsScheduling appointmentsRequired Qualifications:Using Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and Forms. Using Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and other platforms for providing virtual services. Managing multiple tasksAbility to meet required time lines and prioritize duties to meet those time lines.
