Implementation Specialist

My client is a fast-growing fintech company helping financial institutions modernise how they support consumers through data-driven technology. They are looking for a Senior Implementation Consultant to lead complex enterprise client implementations and drive successful platform adoption.Key responsibilities:Lead end-to-end enterprise client implementations, managing projects from planning and technical integration through to successful go-live.Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Client Success, and Compliance to deliver high-quality implementations that balance client needs with platform scalability.Manage complex multi-stakeholder relationships, guiding clients through technical decisions, timelines, and implementation scope.Design and implement scalable solution patterns and reusable configurations to reduce one-off customisations and improve long-term delivery efficiency.Mentor and support junior consultants, helping develop team capabilities and creating repeatable training resources and best practices.Translate technical concepts into clear, actionable language for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Establish and maintain implementation quality standards, including testing, validation, and documentation processes.Navigate challenging conversations around scope, timelines, and technical limitations while maintaining strong client relationships.Identify implementation risks and proactively resolve blockers to ensure projects remain on track.Ideal background:5+ years experience in implementation, solutions consulting, professional services, or systems integration.Experience delivering enterprise SaaS, fintech, or complex software implementations.Strong technical aptitude including SQL and API integrations.Proven ability to manage multiple enterprise client implementations simultaneously.This role is amazing - please let me know if it is of any interest to you at all.
